Baked salmon with spinach sauce
Delicious fish in a delicate sauce.
Instead of spinach, you can use the dock, but it will be a completely different recipe.

Ingredients
- 500-700 g salmon (or trout, salmon)
- 300 ml cream 15-20%
- 150 g onions
- 100 g of spinach
- lime or lemon
- 3 cloves of garlic
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Fish (cut into thick slices about 1-1.5 cm) to put in a baking dish.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with lemon juice or lime juice.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Prepare the sauce.
Garlic is finely chopped.
Finely chop the onion.
Spinach chopped.
In vegetable oil lightly fry the onion and garlic.
Add the cream, stir.
Cook until lightly thickens.
Add the spinach, stir.
Salt and pepper, remove from heat.
On a plate put the fish, pour the sauce.
