Salmon baked with fennel and lemon

- 500 g salmon (or trout, salmon)
- 1 fennel root
- 1 lemon
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Lemon cut into thin slices.
Fennel finely chopped.
In foil put 2-3 slices of lemon.
The lemon put a piece of salmon (thickness of about 2 cm).
Season with salt and pepper.
The salmon put the fennel.
Foil wrap, put in a baking dish.
Put in the oven.
