Creamy soup with salmon

Ingredients

- 300 g fillet of fresh salmon or trout
- 500 g potatoes
- 300 g tomatoes
- leeks or onions (1 onion)
- 150 g of carrots
- 500 ml of cream (10-20%)
- salt
- vegetable fat
- herbs to taste
Preparation
Mince the onion.
Carrots grate.
Potatoes are cleaned, cut into small cubes or cubes.
Salmon cut into small pieces.
Peel the tomatoes (to peel starred easier, you can omit the tomatoes for a few seconds in boiling water), cut into cubes.
In a pan (I used a three-liter saucepan), vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add carrots and fry.
Add tomatoes, lightly fry.
Then pour 1 liter of water, bring to a boil.
When the water boils, add the potatoes, a little salt and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Then add the salmon.
Following pour the cream.
Boil potatoes until tender (3-5 minutes).
If necessary, dosolit to taste.
Ready soup sprinkle with herbs.
