Soup with mushrooms and potatoes

Soup should be thick and uniform.
If you create a very thick soup, dilute it with water, which boiled potatoes.
Soup can warm up again either in the microwave or on the stove over medium heat.
The amount of said ingredients is obtained 8-10 servings.

Ingredients

- 300 g mushrooms
- 600 g potatoes
- 200 g onion
- 500 ml of cream (15-20%)
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Potatoes are cleaned, cut not too finely.
Add water so that it only covered potatoes, salt and boil until tender.
Once the potatoes are cooked, drain the water, potatoes potoloch.
Mince the onion.
Mushrooms cut.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil.
Add the mushrooms, a little salt.
To fry until all the liquid has evaporated.
Grind in a blender mushrooms and onions.
Add the mushrooms to the potatoes, pour the cream, a little salt and pepper.
Stir again all the blender.
Bring to a boil, but do not boil (on heating and bring to a boil, but do not boil).
When serving, sprinkle with herbs.
