Soup

Every housewife has her own recipe borscht, and name it she thinks is right and only right.
The soup is cooked with beans, and bell peppers, etc.
I offer a recipe that we really like.

Ingredients

- 1 kg beef (meat or bone)
- 500 g potatoes
- 300 g fresh cabbage
- 400 g of beet
- 200 g carrots
- 200 g onions
- 3 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon vinegar 6%
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 2-3 Bay leaves
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
- herbs to taste
Preparation
The meat, cover with water, cook for 1.5 hours.
Then the meat is cut into small pieces.
Add the broth.
Finely chop the onion.
Carrots to grate on medium grater.
Shred the cabbage in thin strips.
Beets cut into thin strips.
Beetroot fry in vegetable oil.
Add vinegar and tomato paste (if the paste is thick, add a little water), simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Vegetable oil to fry the onions.
Add the carrots and fry.
Potatoes cut into cubes or wedges.
In the boiling broth, add potatoes, salt.
When the broth comes to a boil, add the cabbage. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add beets and cook for about 10 minutes.
Add the onion and carrots.
Then add the Bay leaf. If necessary, salt and pepper.
Add the garlic, squeezed through Chernogolovka.
Remove from heat, let stand 15-20 minutes.
Ready soup ladle into bowls, add sour cream and sprinkle with herbs.
