Ingredients

- 500 g beef (fillet or breast on the bone)
- 200 g rice
- 100 g walnuts
- 150 g of sauce tkemali or Satsebeli
- 150 g onions
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tsp. hops suneli
- red pepper (1-2 tsp)
- pepper (5-6)
- salt
- herbs to taste
Preparation
Meat cut into small pieces.
Pour 3 liters of water, boil for 1.5 hours (to remove scum).
Finely chop the onion.
Grind nuts in a blender.
If there is no blender, nuts can be chopped with a knife.
Onion is fried in vegetable oil.
In stock ready to fall asleep rice, cook for 10 minutes.
Add the onion to the broth.
Then add nuts.
Add the sauce.
Then add hops suneli, pepper, salt to taste, cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add squeezed through Chernogolovka garlic, remove from heat and let stand 10-20 minutes, covered.
When serving, sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
