Pork stuffed with herbs and nuts

Ingredients

- 1 kg pork (loin or neck)
- 3 tbsp pine nuts (or walnuts, almonds)
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- a bunch of parsley (or Basil)
- vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Greens not crumble finely.
