Puff pastry with apples and nuts a La Strudel

Ingredients

- 500 g puff pastry (leavened or unleavened)
- 500 g apples
- 50 g almonds (or any nuts of your choice)
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp. cinnamon (to taste)
Preparation
Peel the apples, remove core, cut into cubes.
Grind nuts.
In butter to put out apples for 5-7 minutes.
Add sugar, stir.
Add the cinnamon.
To mix.
Add nuts, stir, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Roll out the dough.
Put the stuffing.
To roll.
The pan should cover with baking paper or grease.
Put the roll.
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
The finished roll is cut into portions.
