Apple pie with pine nuts

Ingredients

dough:
- 100 g of a butter or margarine
- Sugar 150 g
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder (or 1 tsp slaked soda)
- 300-350 g flour
Cream:
- 2 eggs
- Sugar 100 g
- 200 g sour cream 15-20%
- 2 tablespoons flour
also:
- 600 g apples
- 50 g of pine nuts (or of any other, to taste)
Preparation
Preparing the dough.
Butter with sugar.
Add eggs and mix.
Add baking powder and flour, knead the dough.
Form (I have a diameter of 27 cm and a height of 3 cm), grease, or lay a baking paper, put the dough, make bumpers.
Apples are clean, remove the seeds.
Cut into thin slices.
Put apples on the dough.
Cooking cream.
Mix the eggs with sugar and sour cream.
Add the flour and mix well.
Pour cream pie. Do not worry that the cream liquid, after cooking cream thickens.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
