Cake with dried apricots, raisins and nuts

Tender, flavorful cake.

Ingredients

- 200 g butter or margarine
- 150 g sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 150 g raisins
- 150 g dried apricots
- 200 g of nuts (walnuts, peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds)
- 250-300 grams of flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder (or 2 tsp. hydrated soda)
Preparation
Dried apricots cut into cubes.
Grind nuts in blender or patoloji).
Oil to mix with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add eggs, stir.
Add apricots, raisins and nuts, mix well.
Add baking powder and flour, not knead dough.
Put the dough in a greased (I used a form with a diameter of about 26 cm).
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
To verify that the prepared cupcake or not, it is necessary to pierce with a toothpick (or a match), if it is dry - cake is ready.
