Oatmeal Cookies

Tender, crumbly cookies.

Ingredients

- 200 g of a butter or margarine
- Sugar 150 g
- 2 eggs
- 150 g (1.5 cups) of oatmeal, better fine grinding
- 2 tsp baking powder (or 1 tsp slaked soda)
- 150-200 g of flour
Preparation
Butter with sugar.
Add eggs and mix.
Add cereal and mix.
Add baking powder and flour, knead not very stiff dough.
Cover bowl of foil and refrigerate for 1 hour (to cereal "swollen" and become softer).
Greased baking sheet or lay a baking paper.
From test to tear small pieces, form lepeshechkah (so it was easier to do, you can moisten your hands a little) and spread on a baking sheet (after baking lepeshechkah increase 2 times).
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
