Cookies "Serpentine"

Ingredients

- 200 g of a butter or margarine
- Sugar 200 g
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 400-450 g of flour
- 1 tsp baking powder (or 0.5 tsp slaked soda)
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
Preparation
Butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add eggs and mix.
Add baking powder and flour, knead the dough.
Divide dough into two parts. One add cocoa mix.
Light roll the dough into a square.
Dark dough must roll in exactly the same size square.
To do this, I advise you to cut out a square of foil (the size of the light), and roll out the dough on a dark foil.
Put the dough on a dark light (foil side up).
Remove foil.
Close roll and put it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes in order to make the dough a bit frozen and it was easier to cut.
Roll cut into pieces (about 1 cm in width).
Baking tray lay a baking paper or slightly greased.
Lay out cookies.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
