Cake "Zebra"

Ingredients

dough:
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g butter or margarine
- 5 eggs
- 500 g sour cream (10-15%)
- 300-350 g flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder (or 1 tsp. soda)
- 3-4 tbsp. cocoa
cream:
- 400-500 g sour cream
- 150 g sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla sugar
glaze:
- 100 g butter
- 5 tbsp milk
- 6-7 tbsp sugar
- 5 tbsp. cocoa
Preparation
Oil to mix with sugar.
Add eggs, stir.
Add sour cream, stir.
Add baking powder and flour, knead is not very thick dough.
Divide the dough into two parts, one of them add cocoa, stir.
Baking dish (I have a form with a diameter of 26 cm) greased with vegetable oil (silicone form can not grease).
Pour 1-2 tbsp dark dough in the middle of the form.
In the middle of a dark dough pour 1-2 tbsp light test.
