Cake with cranberries

Ingredients

- Sugar 200 g
- 200 g of a butter or margarine
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 6 tsp cocoa
- 2 tsp baking powder (or 1 tsp slaked soda)
- 350-400 g of flour
Cream:
- 500 g sour cream
- Sugar 150 g
also:
- 400 g of lingonberry (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
Butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add eggs and mix well.
Add cocoa mix.
Add baking powder and flour, mix well.
Form (I have a diameter of 26 cm) a little grease, put half of the dough.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Bake 2 cakes so, then cut each cake horizontally into 2 parts, eventually get 4 cakes.
Prepare the cream. Whip the cream with the sugar until the disappearance of grains.
Grease the cake with cream.
Put part of lingonberry (cowberry pre-wash and drain water).
Cover with second Korzh, oil cream, put cranberries.
Cover the third Korzh, oil cream, put cranberries.
Cover the fourth Korzh, oil cream, put cranberries.
Put the cake in the refrigerator. Post to soak for 5-6 hours.
