Cake "Heart"

If you are cooking for a small company, safely reduce all ingredients in a 2-fold.
Be sure to let the cake soak, then it will be a very gentle.
Instead of apricot compote can be used any other - cherry, peach, strawberry.
If compote very sweet, the amount of sugar in the cream should be reduced.
The amount of said ingredients is obtained 10-12 servings.
Ingredients

dough:
- 3 eggs
- Sugar 150 g
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 200 g of cream (10-20%)
- 150 g of condensed milk (not boiled)
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 200-250 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder (or 1 tsp slaked soda)
Cream:
- 250g mascarpone (or Almette without additives)
- 500 ml cream 33-35%
- Sugar 150 g
- stewed apricots (I used a jar volume 580 ml)
optional:
- strawberry
- Jelly Cake
- almond petals
Preparation
Preparing the dough.
Eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add sour cream and mix.
Add the condensed milk and mix.
Add cocoa mix.
Add baking powder and flour, knead the dough is not thick.
Form (form suitable diameter 24-26 cm) greased (silicone grease the form is not necessary).
Place half of the test.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Bake two cakes.
Cooking cream.
Finely diced apricots.
Whip cream with sugar (to whip until the cream until begin to thicken).
Add mascarpone (can be 2-3 tablespoons mascarpone postpone for decoration), mixed (no mixer).
Add apricots and mix.
Baked cake cut into 2 pieces (eventually get 4 cakes).

Decorate to taste.
I smeared sides of cake with cream and sprinkle with almond petals.

Ready cake in the refrigerator.
Post to soak for 6-8 hours.
