Cake "Cherry Caprice"

Ingredients

Dough:
- 200 g of chocolate
- Butter 200 g
- 7 eggs
- Sugar 150 g
- 250-300 g flour
- 100 g starch
- 100g breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder (or 1 tsp slaked soda)
Cream:
- 500g cherries (fresh or canned)
- 500 g sour cream
- Sugar 200 g
Preparation
Melt chocolate in a water bath.
Butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Separate the whites from the yolks, add the yolks to the butter, stir well.
Add melted chocolate and mix.
Add starch and mix.
Add crumbs, mix well.
Add baking powder and flour, mix well.
Proteins whip.
Add the proteins to the chocolate mass and mix gently.
Form (I have a diameter of 26 cm) a little grease, put half of the dough.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Bake 2 cakes so, then cut each cake horizontally into 2 parts, eventually get 4 cakes.
Mix sour cream and sugar.
Remove pits from cherries.
Oil cream cake.
Cover with second Korzh, oil cream.
Put a cherry.
Cover the third Korzh, oil cream.
Cover the fourth Korzh.
Decorate to taste.
I greased cake with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate, decorate with cherries.
