Chocolate cake with caramelized pears

Delicious cake!
Delicate chocolate dough, fragrant pear - it's delicious!
You can submit a pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Instead pears can try to use apples, but I highly recommend it pears.
The amount of said ingredients is obtained 6-8 servings.

Ingredients

dough:
- 2 eggs
- Butter 100 g
- Sugar 100 g
- 100 g of chocolate (milk or dark)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 100-150 g of flour
Filling:
- 500 g of pears (I used a sort of "Crystal")
- 50 grams of sugar (I used brown, but white too)
Preparation
Diced pears.
Pour into a pan sugar.
Heat to dissolve the sugar.
Add pears and mix.
Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Melt chocolate in a water bath.
Butter with sugar.
Add eggs and mix.
Add chocolate.
Stir.
Add baking powder and flour, knead the dough (it should not be much thicker).
Form (I used a diameter of 26 cm) a little grease, put the dough.
Pears on the dough to shell out (during the preparation of the pear drops, this is normal).
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Decorate to taste.
I decorated cherry and purchased chocolate leaves.
