Chocolate cake

Ingredients

- 150 g chocolate
- 150 g butter or margarine
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 250-300 grams of flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder (or 1 teaspoon of hydrated soda)
- 2 tsp. vanilla sugar
- powdered sugar
Preparation
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
RUB the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add eggs, mix well.
Add the chocolate, stir.
Add baking powder, flour, knead thin dough.
The pan (I used a baking sheet with a size of 20-30 cm) greased with oil or cover with baking paper. Pour the batter, smooth.
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven, bake for 25 minutes.
Then cut into squares.
If desired, we can use paper to make a stencil.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar, carefully remove the stencil.
