Muffins with apricots

Instead of apricots, you can use any fruit or berries.
If You are using frozen berries, it should be defrosted and drained of all liquid.
Instead of a small molds, you can use one large form.

Ingredients

- 200 g butter or margarine
- 150 g sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 tsp. cocoa
- 2 tsp. baking powder (or 1 teaspoon of hydrated soda)
- 250-300 grams of flour
- 300 g fresh or canned apricots
optional:
- 100 g chocolate
- ground nuts (I used almond petals)
Preparation
Oil to mix with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add eggs, stir.
Add baking powder and flour, knead is not very thick dough.
Divide the dough into two parts, one part add cocoa, stir well.
Apricots cut into cubes.
In a greased tins to put the dark dough, filling tins 1/3.

Bake for 35-40 minutes.
