Muffins with apples and cinnamon under vanilla sauce

The number of ingredients is obtained about 15 muffins.
Ingredients

dough:
- 200 g butter or margarine
- 200 g sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 250 ml sour cream or yogurt
- 400 g apples
- 2 tsp. cinnamon (you can add)
- 2 tsp. baking powder (or 1 teaspoon of hydrated soda)
- 300-350 g flour
sauce:
- 300 ml milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 150 g sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
Peel the apples, remove core, cut into cubes.
Add the cinnamon, stir.
Oil to mix with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add eggs, stir.
Add sour cream, stir.
Add apples, stir.
Add baking powder and flour, stir.
Put the dough in a greased or buttered tins (tins to fill 2/3).
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Prepare the sauce.
Milk, bring to boil.
Mix yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add the cornstarch and mix.
Add hot milk, stir.
To put weight on a water bath.
Heat, while stirring, until then, until the mixture begins to thicken.
To the cooled muffins put the cooled sauce.
