Banana muffins

Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas (400 g)
- 100 g butter or margarine
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder (or 1 teaspoon of hydrated soda)
- 250 g flour
Preparation
Banana peel, pulp, mash with a fork to make a paste.
Oil to mix with sugar.
Add eggs, stir.
Add the bananas, mix well.
Add baking powder and flour, not knead dough.
Put the dough in a greased small tins.
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
