Apple-carrot muffins

Ingredients

- 500 g apples
- 300 g of carrots
- 2 eggs
- 30-50 grams of sugar
- 50 g flour
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Apples are clean, remove the core, grate.
Carrots grate on medium grater.
Beat eggs with sugar.
Add apples and stir.
Add carrots and mix.
Add the flour and mix.
Pan heat up, oiled.
Put pancakes, fry for 5-7 minutes.
Pancakes flip fry on the other hand for 5-7 minutes.
When serving you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
