Pancake cake with custard, apples and cinnamon

I propose a simple but delicious recipe.
Cake turns tender and very rich.
Instead of apples, you can use any berries, fruits and nuts.
The amount of said ingredients is obtained 6-8 servings.

Ingredients

- 10-15 pancakes (you can prepare for these recipes: Pancakes, Pancakes yeast)
- 500 g apples
- 30 g of butter
- 1-2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Cream:
- 500ml milk
- Sugar 150 g
- 4 egg yolks
- 50 g flour
- vanilla stick (or 2 tsp vanilla sugar)
Preparation
Cut the vanilla stick, remove the seeds.
Yolks with sugar.
Add the vanilla seeds.
Add the flour and mix.
Milk boil.
Pour the hot milk into the egg yolks and mix.
Put this mixture into the fire.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Cool.
Apples are cleaned, cored, cut into cubes.
In a frying pan melt the butter.
Add apples.
Add sugar (if you use sour apples, sugar, you can add a bit more).
Cover with a lid.
Simmer over medium heat until soft (about 5-15 minutes, depending on the variety of apples).
Add cinnamon, mix well.
Cool.
Pancake oil cream.
Cover with second pancake.
Oil cream.
Cover the third pancake, etc.
The top pancake oil cream too.
Put apples.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
