Pie with cheese and apples

Cake turned out very, very tasty! Juicy, fragrant, sweet.
I made a very small change in the recipe, as well as reduce the ingredients by 2 times (in the recipe ingredients already reduced).
The amount of said ingredients is obtained 6-8 servings.

Ingredients

- 800 g apples
- 2 eggs
- Sugar 100 g
- Butter 100 g
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 100 grams of cottage cheese 5-9%
- 300 g of granulated cottage cheese 3-9%
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 200-300 g flour
Preparation
Apples are cleaned, cored, cut into cubes.
Melt butter.
Cool.
Beat eggs with sugar.
Add butter and mix.
Add beaded (liquid drain) and the usual cheese and mix.
Add cinnamon.
Stir.
Add the baking powder and flour (flour may need a little less than that specified in the recipe, it depends on the quality of flour.).
Stir.
Add apples.
Stir.
Form (I used a diameter of 22 cm) a little grease, put the dough.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 40-50 minutes.
