Cake with cream cheese and prunes

Very tasty cake!
Tender, with a subtle citrus flavor.
Instead, you can use any of prunes dried fruit, to taste.
The amount of said ingredients is obtained 6-8 servings.

Ingredients

- 200 grams of cottage cheese (5-9%)
- Sugar 150 g
- Butter 150 g
- 3 eggs
- orange
- 200 grams of prunes
- 150 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
Preparation
With orange rind removed (only the orange part).
Squeeze the juice (you need about 100 ml).
Finely chop the prunes (if hard, soak).
Butter with sugar.
Add eggs and mix.
Add orange juice.
Add the zest and mix.
Add prunes.
Add cottage cheese.
Stir.
Add baking powder and flour, knead the dough.
Form (I used a diameter of 26 cm) a little grease, put the dough.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
