Salad with beets and prunes

Ingredients

- 1 kg of beet
- 300 g of prunes
- 200 g walnuts
- 2-3 cloves of garlic

Preparation
Beets boil until tender.
Prunes are finely chopped.
If you prune hard, it should pour hot water and leave for 30 minutes.
Grind nuts.
The beets are cool, peel, grate on a coarse grater.
Add squeezed through Chernogolovka garlic.
Add the prunes and nuts, stir.
Mayonnaise.
Salad can submit portions.

Put the lettuce, slightly compacted.
