Salad "Kaleidoscope"

Ingredients

- 300 g of beet
- 250 g carrots
- 300 g potatoes
- 150-200 g cabbage
- 150-200 g pork fillet
- 1 pomegranate
- greens
- mayonnaise
- salt
- vegetable oil
Preparation
The meat is finely diced.
Fry the meat in vegetable oil until tender (cook for about 20-25 minutes).

Potatoes cut in small cubes.
Fry the potatoes in vegetable oil until tender (cook for about 15-20 minutes).

Finely shred the cabbage.
Raw carrots to grate on medium grater.
Raw beets grate on medium grater.
Finely chop the herbs.
Pomegranate peel, grains to separate.
Arrange on a platter in a circle: carrots, greens, meat, beets, potatoes, cabbage.
In the center put pomegranate seeds.
