Salad with cod liver

Ingredients

- 1 jar of cod liver oil (250 g)
- 400 g potatoes
- 200 g carrots
- 4 eggs
- 200 g salted or pickled cucumbers
- salt
- mayonnaise
Preparation
Potatoes and carrots boil until tender.
Potato peel, cut into cubes.
Carrots clean, RUB on a medium grater.
Eggs grate on medium grater.
Cucumbers cut into strips or cubes.
With cod liver oil to drain oil, liver, mash with a fork.
Mix liver, eggs, potatoes, carrots, cucumbers.If necessary, add salt.
Mayonnaise.
