Salad with liver, pickles and cheese
Delicious, hearty, healthy salad.
Instead of cherry tomatoes and quail eggs, you can use regular tomatoes and chicken eggs.
They should be cut into cubes and mix with other ingredients.
The number of ingredients is obtained 4-5 servings.

Ingredients
- 300 g beef liver (or chicken)
- 150 g of cheese
- 150 g pickled cucumbers
- the tomatoes
- quail eggs
- sour cream (or mayonnaise)
- herbs to taste
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Liver boil until tender (cook for about 25-30 minutes after boiling).
Cool, cut into cubes.
Cucumbers cut into cubes.
Cut the cheese into cubes.
Finely chop the herbs.
Mix liver, cucumbers, cheese, parsley.
A little salt and pepper.
Fill with sour cream (or mayonnaise).
When serving, put the cut into two pieces cherry tomatoes and quail eggs.
