Salad with liver, beans and marinated mushrooms

A very hearty salad.
The liver can use beef or chicken (chicken should cook about 20 minutes after boiling).
Beans, you can use canned.
The number of ingredients is obtained 6-8 servings.

Ingredients

- 200 g beans
- 500 g liver
- 150 g pickled mushrooms
- 150 g onions
- 200 g carrots
- salt
- pepper
- mayonnaise or sour cream
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Soak beans (the amount of time indicated on the package).
Boil the beans until tender.
Liver boil until tender (beef liver and boil for about 30 minutes after boiling).
The liver is cool, cut into strips.
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
Onions cut into cubes.
Carrots to grate on medium grater.
In vegetable oil lightly fry the onion.
Add the carrots and fry.
Mix beans, liver, mushrooms, onion, carrot.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mayonnaise or sour cream.
