Tartlets with chicken liver salad

Ingredients

- 300 g chicken liver
- 300 g fresh or frozen mushrooms
- 2 eggs
- 150 g carrots
- 150 g onions
- herbs to taste
- mayonnaise
- vegetable oil
- tartlets (ready)
- salt
Preparation
Liver boil until tender (cook 10-15 minutes after boiling).
Finely chop the onion.
Mushrooms are finely chopped.
Eggs to grate.
Raw carrots to grate.
Finely chop the herbs.
Vegetable oil to fry the onions.
Add the mushrooms, cook for about 10-15 minutes.
Liver to grate or mince.
Mix liver, mushrooms, eggs, carrots, parsley.
A little salt.
Mayonnaise.
