Ingredients

- 500 g chicken liver (or beef)
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml cream (10-15%) or milk
- 150 g onions
- 150 g carrots
- 3-5 tbsp. flour
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Liver, carrots and onions to scroll through a meat grinder.
Beat eggs with salt and pepper.
In the liver, add eggs.
Add cream, a little salt and pepper.
Add flour, stir.
