Salad with chicken liver and tomatoes

Ingredients

- 300 g chicken liver
- 12-15 tomatoes
- the leaves of green salad
filling:
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. vinegar 6%
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Liver cut into small pieces.
Fry the liver in vegetable oil until cooked (fried liver quickly).
With cherry tomatoes cut into two parts.
You can use regular tomatoes, they must be cut not very large.
To make the dressing.
Mix oil, vinegar.
Add squeezed through Chernogolovka garlic.
Season with salt and pepper.
On a plate put the lettuce leaves.
Put them on the liver.
Put the tomatoes, drizzle with dressing.
