Tartlets with liver mousse, quail eggs and cherry tomatoes

Mousse turns very, very gentle. Cherry and quail eggs complement the flavor and give the brightness of the tartlets.
It is advisable to use small tartlets. Instead, you can use regular cherry tomatoes, cut into small pieces, too, instead of quail eggs, you can use chicken.
The amount of said ingredients is obtained about 40 small tartlets.

Ingredients

liver mousse:
- 500 g chicken liver
- 150 ml of cream (10-20%)
- 150 g of carrots
- 150 g onion
- herbs to taste
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
also:
- tartlets
- quail eggs (20 pcs.)
- cherry tomatoes (about 20 pcs.)
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Carrots grate.
Finely chopped greens.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add carrots, fry a little.
Add liver.
Fry, with stirring, for 15-20 minutes.
Cool.
Ready to put the liver in a blender, add cream, all crushed.
If you do not have a blender, the liver can mince, then add the cream and mix.
To add liver herbs, salt and pepper, mix well.
Cherry eggs and cut into two parts.
In liver mousse tartlet shell out (with the help of culinary syringe or spoon).
Mousse lay eggs and cherry.
Garnish with herbs.
