Ingredients

- 500 g beef liver
- 300 g sour cream
- 200 g onions
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Onion mince.
Liver remove Pinochet, cut into cubes.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Add the liver, salt and pepper, fry on all sides.
Add sour cream, simmer for 15-20 minutes.
For garnish, you can apply potatoes or rice.
