Puff pastry with liver

Ingredients

- 500g puff pastry
- 200-300 g liver (I used beef)
- 200 g onion
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Liver boil until tender (cook for about 25 minutes after boiling).
Finely chop the onion.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Liver cool, grate or mince.
Add the onion, salt and pepper and mix.
Roll out the dough, cut into rectangles or squares.
Put the filling.
Dazzle pie.
Baking tray lay a baking paper or slightly greased.
Put patties, put in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
I use a purchased ready-made dough.
