Chicken liver fried with mushrooms and buckwheat

Ingredients

- 500 g chicken liver
- 300 grams of mushrooms (fresh or frozen)
- 200 grams of buckwheat
- 150 g onion
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Finely chop the mushrooms.
Liver cut into small pieces.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add the mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes.
Add the liver, salt and pepper, cook until tender (about 10-15 minutes).
Boil buckwheat as directed on the package.
To add buckwheat liver, stir, remove from heat.
When serving, sprinkle with herbs.
