Buckwheat with sausages and mushrooms

Ingredients

- 200 grams of buckwheat
- 500g sausages (I used hunting)
- 300 grams of mushrooms (fresh or frozen)
- 200 g onion
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Clean the mushrooms and finely chop.
Sausage cut into slices.
Buckwheat, boil until tender.
I cook so - 400 ml of water bring to a boil, throw buckwheat, Salts, cook about 15-20 minutes.
Onion fry in vegetable oil.
Add the mushrooms.
To fry until all the liquid has evaporated (approximately 15 minutes).
Add the sausages and fry for 3-5 minutes.
Add buckwheat, mix and pepper, if desired, season with salt.
Remove from heat.
When serving, sprinkle with herbs.
