Julienne with chicken and mushrooms

Ingredients

- 500 g chicken fillet
- 300 g mushrooms
- 200 g onions
- 200 g of cheese (hard)
- 300-350 g cream (15-25%) or sour cream
- 2 tablespoons flour
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Chicken boil until cooked (boil for about 20 minutes after boiling).
Fillet cool, finely chop.
Finely chop the onion.
Mushrooms, cleaned and finely chop.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil.
Add the mushrooms.
Cook until boil until all the liquid (about 10-15 minutes).
Add fillets, salt and pepper, stir, remove from heat.
On a dry pan, lightly fry the flour.
Add the cream, salt and pepper, bring to a boil.
Add the mushrooms and filet, stir, remove from heat.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Put this mixture into mini casseroles (small heat-resistant trays with handle, they are ceramic and metal).
Sprinkle with cheese (lid not cover).
Place in oven, bake at 180 degrees until Golden brown (about 30 minutes).
