Casserole with chicken, mushrooms and mashed potatoes

Gentle, hearty casserole under a delicious Golden brown.
Bake it in portions of the molds, and in one big form (approximately 20-30 cm).

Ingredients

- 500 g chicken (or Turkey breast)
- 50 g bread rolls or loaf
- milk
- 300 g mushrooms
- 150 g onions
- 500 g potatoes
- 1 tbsp butter
- 150 g of cheese
- herbs to taste
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Chicken mince.
The bread soaked in milk.
Mix the minced meat and the bun (bun pre-press from milk).
Finely chop the onion.
Mushrooms are finely chopped.
Vegetable oil to fry the onions.
Add the beef and fry.
Add mushrooms, salt and pepper, cook for about 20 minutes.
Potato peel, boil until tender.
Finely chop the herbs.
Potatoes patoloji, add butter and 50-70 ml of milk and mix.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add greens, stir.
Cheese to grate.
In tins put stuffing with mushrooms.
For stuffing put the mashed potatoes.
Sprinkle cheese.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
