Casserole with meat and potatoes

Ingredients

- 500 g minced meat (any taste)
- 500 g potatoes
- 200 g of cheese (hard)
- 350 g tomato
- 150 g onions
- 1-2 tbsp butter
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Potato peel (if large, cut into 2-3 pieces), boil until tender.
Onion mince.
Tomatoes cut into cubes.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Add the tomatoes, fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add ground beef, salt and pepper, cook until tender.
When the potatoes are cooked, drain the water, add butter, salt, patoloji.
Cheese to grate.
In a baking dish put the stuffing.
For stuffing put mashed potatoes, smooth.
Sprinkle cheese.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
