Meat balls stuffed with beans and onions

Even those who do not like beans, these balls should be like.
Instead of boiled, you can use canned beans.
Garnish ideal rice or potatoes.
When serving, you can sprinkle the garnish and the balls of the sauce in which they were stewed.
The number of ingredients is obtained 15-18 balls.
Ingredients

- 100 g of beans
- 150 g onions
- 500 g minced meat (I had pork+beef)
- 1 egg
- 700 g of tomatoes in their own juice (or fresh)
- 5-6 sprigs of thyme (or any greens)
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Soak beans in cold water for 3-4 hours.
Then the beans boil until tender (different varieties of beans are cooked different amount of time, the package should be written).
When beans are ready, drain the beans to cool.
Grind in a blender or pass through a meat grinder.
Onion mince.
Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Mix the beans and onion, salt and pepper.
With tomatoes, peel them, chop in a blender along with the juice.
Add to the minced egg, salt and pepper, mix well.
From stuffing to form a small laesecke.
Put the stuffing.
To form a ball.
Put in a baking dish, in one or two layers.
Pour tomatoes (they should cover the balls, if tomato juice is not enough, add water).
Put the greens.
Put in the oven (not cover to cover).
Bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
