Rolls of Turkey breast stuffed with broccoli and green beans

Ingredients

- 500 g Turkey breast (or chicken)
- 200 g green beans
- 200 g broccoli
- 1 egg
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Broccoli and green beans in a pot with boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. Cool.
Fillet cut into small pieces, a little to hit.
On filet put broccoli and beans.
Roll up roll, secure with toothpick (or tie up the thread).
Egg shake with salt and pepper.
Dip the rolls in the egg.
Roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry in vegetable oil on all sides, about 30 minutes.
I was roasted for 15 minutes without a lid, for 15 minutes, covered.
From the finished rolls to remove the toothpicks, rolls cut into small pieces.
