Rolls of pork, stuffed with walnuts and prunes

Ingredients

- 1 kg pork
- 200 g of prunes
- 100 g walnuts
- 1 egg
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Grind nuts.
Prunes are finely chopped.
Mix nuts and prunes.
Pork cut into thick slices about 5 mm
To recapture.
On each piece of pork to put a filling of nuts and prunes.
Roll into a roll and secure with toothpick.
Egg whisk.
Season with salt and pepper.
Rolls dipped in egg.
Roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry in vegetable oil (about 15 minutes).
Flip, cook until tender (about 15 minutes).
The finished rolls to cut, serve hot or warm.
