Pork, sauted with mushrooms and prunes

Ingredients

- 300 g pork (fillet)
- 200 g of mushrooms
- 100 g prunes
- 150 g onions
- salt
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Onion cut into strips.
Meat cut into cubes.
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
Prunes cut into strips.
Vegetable oil to fry the onions.
Add meat, fry for 5-7 minutes.
Add the mushrooms, fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add prunes, a little salt and fry for about 5-10 minutes.
