Skewers of pork with vegetables and mushrooms

Ingredients

- 700 grams of pork (or chicken or turkey breast)
- 1-2 bell peppers
- 10-15 cherry tomatoes
- 10-15 pc. Brussels sprouts
- 10-15 small mushrooms
- leeks or onions 150 g
- 2 tablespoons mustard (weak)
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Meat cut into cubes of about 2-2.5 cm.
Mix meat with mustard, salt and pepper, place in refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
In boiling water, put the cabbage and cook for 7-8 minutes.
Pepper remove seeds, cut into large cubes.
Leek cut into pieces of about 5 mm in width.
On skewers, alternating, strung meat, vegetables and mushrooms.
Put in a baking dish (the form can be slightly oiled).
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 � C for 35-40 minutes.
