Ingredients

- 1 kg lamb (or beef, pork)
- 250 grams of eggplant
- 200 g squash (or zucchini)
- 150 g of pepper
- 200 g tomatoes
- leek (or 150 grams of onions)
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 5-7 sprigs of thyme (optional)
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Onion cut into half rings (onions cut into cubes).
Tomatoes cut into small pieces.
Squash (or squash), cut into small pieces.
Eggplant cut into cubes.
