Flounder under vegetables

Ingredients

- 500 g flounder (or other fish)
- 150 g sweet pepper
- 250 g of eggplant
- 200 g tomatoes
- 150 g onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
- flour
Preparation
Onion mince.
Eggplant cut into cubes.
If the eggplant is bitter, they should be salt and leave for 30 minutes, then rinse in cold water.
Pepper remove seeds, cut into cubes.
Tomatoes cut into cubes.
Vegetable oil to fry the onions.
Add eggplant, cook for 5 minutes.
Add pepper.
Then add the tomatoes, salt and cook until tender (about 5-10 minutes).
At the end of cooking add squeezed through Chernogolovka garlic, stir.
Mix flour with salt and pepper.
Roll the fish.
Fry until cooked (flounder I cooked for 5 minutes on each side).
