Fried fish with vegetables

Ingredients

- 1 kg fish fillets (perch, tilapia, Pollock, salmon, and so on)
- 500 g sweet pepper
- 200 g onions
- 200 g carrots
- 1 egg
- flour
- vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Fish cut into small pieces.
Egg mix with salt and pepper.
Dip the fish pieces in the egg.
Then roll in flour.
Fry in vegetable oil until tender (I fried Pollock, about 7-8 minutes on each side).
Onion cut into half rings.
Carrots chop sticks.
Pepper remove seeds, cut into strips.
Onion is fried in vegetable oil.
Add the carrots and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add pepper, salt and pepper. Fry up until the peppers are soft (about 10-15 minutes).
On a plate put the fish on the fish out of the vegetables. Decorate with greens.
