Fish with sorrel sauce

Tasty, tender fish.
Sauce perfectly complements the taste.
Instead sorrel can try using spinach, but then we must add to the sauce 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice.

Ingredients

- 300 g fillet of fish (tilapia, salmon, salmon, etc.)
- 1 egg
- flour
- vegetable fat
- salt
Sauce:
- Sorrel (approximately 50 g)
- 100 g onion
- 200 ml of cream (20-30%)
- 1 tbsp flour
- salt
Preparation
Mince the onion.
Sorrel finely chop.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add sorrel, 2-3 tablespoons water.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add cream and mix.
Add the flour, a little salt and mix well.
Bring to a boil, but do not boil.
Put the sauce in a blender and mix.
Fish roll in flour.
Then in the egg (egg salt).
And again in the flour.
Fish fry until golden brown on one side.
Turn over to fry the other side.
On a plate put the fish on the fish to lay out the sauce.
